As the CEO of Affinity Consulting Group NEFL, Ms. Wilks leverages her extensive experience to deliver government solutions and business advisory services across diverse industries, including technology, construction, consulting, product development, and real estate. Her impactful initiatives include supporting over 300 business owners through collaborations with organizations such as Black Orlando Tech, the University of Florida Collaboratory for Inclusive Partnership, the Black Business Investment Fund (BBIF) Contractor Assistance Program, the Florida State Minority Development Council, and private clients.

In addition to her substantial consulting work, Ms. Wilks is a passionate advocate and mentor, frequently sought after as a speaker at conferences and for training sessions on pivotal business topics like government contracting and business sustainability. She has graced esteemed panels at events such as the Orlando Veteran’s Business Expo, the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) 2nd Annual Take Flight Conference, the National Homeland Security Conference, and more.
